To all Weyland employees,

Due to several suspicious subscriptions by unknown parties, the official
Coordination and Planning Distribution List of the Helvetic Confederation
(CaPDLotHC) needs to be reconfigured and re-instanced in a new secure
location.

The service will be migrated on TBA ( *--Have the intern fill this in for
me.*). The old archive will stay accessible at the previous location.

All qualified personnel will automatically be subscribed to the New
Instance of the Coordination and Planning Distribution List of the Helvetic
Confederation (NIotCaPDLotHC). The new location of the list metadata will
be transmitted securely to involved stakeholders.

WICS would like to inform all subscribers that the public broadcast of this
internal information is a severe violation of your employee contract and
can result in one or multiple of the following consequences:

- Reprimand on your permanent record
- Restricted access to rest facilities
- Termination of employee contract
- Termination of employee
