[Netrunner] Next saturday: Summer tournament in Berne

Hi guys,

Hijacking this email, don't forget that there is a new FAQ which is
effective since yesterday (there is also a new tournament rule file with
new Most Wanted List but it will only be effective next month).

The important deckbuilding changes to take note are: 1. Astroscript Pilot
Program is errataed to Limit one per deck and 2. Museum of History is
unique.
