[Netrunner] Chronos Protocol and Regionals

I understood that the minimum requirement was for the venue capacity (i.e.
how many people ir could held) not the actual number of inscription. I
think Xenomorph in Geneva asked for one, but I have not heard back on
whether they got a confirmation about it
