[Netrunner] Chronos Protocol and Regionals

Hi to everyone. I'm really not very active with ANR due to not finding many players near Zurich.
Anyway, I write because in two months I move to Miami to live there for undetermined time and I would like to change my 2 german core sets of ANR for 2 English ones.
Anyone interested?

I understood that the minimum requirement was for the venue capacity (i.e.
how many people ir could held) not the actual number of inscription. I
think Xenomorph in Geneva asked for one, but I have not heard back on
whether they got a confirmation about it
