[Netrunner] Chronos Protocol - DracheNäscht

Are you sure about the Regionals? Last time I spoke with them about it,
they said that they'd rather concentrate on one big event than two in close
proximity that would cannibalize off each other...

The day has been confirmed, but I they haven't announced the time yet.
